All the products cover a 12-month warranty. We have a responsible customer service team to provide helpful after-sale services. If the custom bobbleheads meet with any quality problems or accidental damage,you can sent back to us and get free restoration service within 12 months,but you should responsible for the round delivery fee!

2.Shipping Damage Claims- 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case seldom happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon, we will arrange Free Redo to replace.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it). you don't need to send it back.

3.IMPORTANT NOTE (Returns/Refund Policy)

*Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, painting... we do not offer returns or full refund.

*if you cancel the order before we make, we can give you full refund.

*if you calcel the order after you confirm the first proofs ( head sculpture) we can give you 50% refund.

*if you calcel the order after painting ( before ship) we can give you 30% refund (it's done, it's custom made product, we can not sell it to others).

*The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo(we promise at least 70-90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique. after you confirm that we can send it out, you can not cancel this order.
